When you sign in, Discord provides your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We may receive server and bot configuration details that you choose to submit. We do not ask for your Discord password.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain payment records. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
For privacy requests, use the authenticated support option in your Bottery dashboard. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
